If u r banned its ur account / char ... i think the ip adress couldn't be banned

(in that case u wouldn't be able to connect with other accs or chars)

if you maked somethingh very very very bad like stole a few chars or an site with keyloger or somethingh like this will be ip banned( i heard that in cm times was some guys with ip ban) but in your case i think is only ban account ( but you can unban your account with a bit of luky) cheers bro
