is it possible to reinforce sera pets? maybe lvl3 to lvl4 or lvl5?

Are You sure? Dunno how about now but I'm pretty sure it worked some time ago. Remember trying to get sera lvl 4 refining lvl 3 one, succeded. But it came w/o exp bonus ofc.
And, no, there will be no proof. I can't turn back to the past
