+17 reinforcement E-Collidex

When you do the +17 with e-collidex it doesn't give the thing behind your character?
And also when you logout and back in it goes away?

That's because it is only temporary and only lasts as long as you remain logged in, there is no way to make it permanent without editing it server side.
