alienware tactx keyboard

Hey is anyone running the alienware tactx keyboard in win 7 64 bit and able to set up and use the macro's mine don't seem to be working.

it works with logitech gamer keyboard too, but only on 64 bit.

its not that it wont run in the game , it is not working at all.

I read somewhere it was not supported in win 7 64. I have my profiles set up and everything but it just wont run I dont think it is GG cause if I tried to start the macro process on the keyboard GG would pick it and end my game that's not even happening.

I will try the process but I still don't think that is the problem. I should be able to use window mode to right ?

THe way you get a logitect keyboard to work with GG

1) End all processes to do with the keyboard (Task manager > processes)
2) Start AL
3) Once started restart all the keyboard processes.
