I just did sunken chest hunting, the second chest gave me the Perdita Statue Torso, worth 1000g when I turned it in <33

Love you for that, hate you cuz the memory speed isnt released yet and took me forever to get it turned in and I was freaking out cuz I thought I was gonna get killed lol

Got it & thank you, someone else is ( hopefully ) going to also post how you can utilize this and also I will attempt to fix it aswell as leave it on clipping as something you can fully utilize but make sure the camera clip is functional ontop of it - just need to test some things prior.

Getting to it, but realize there is alot of high risk in it. So far doesn't seem to be a problem as opposed to what people where doing in the database but I can not guarntee with trion/xl what they may be seeing on they're end or detections that might happen. I don't see any red flags popping up and some people testing it manually have put it to the absolute max an been fine but you never know if that is just a fluke or not.

Hey Plox there's something I need help in understanding

this is regarding Sunken chests and tradepacks, it seems at times that the game doesn't render them until I'm really close, is there any way to increase the range or fix this?

sometimes I can see them from a distance and suddenly they only render when I'm near them(like 10-20 meters), and I know that they didnt just spawn because regarding tradepacks that are left in farm houses they're also just shown when I'm close


so any clue? a way to increase render distance maybe? on Derp I put Objects on max and terrain also on max

Sometimes it bugs. A fix would be going to character screen and back into the game, that works for me when there actually are chests (sometimes all chests are just taken)

This is actually quite amazing. I would hope this does not get fixed in a manner of speaking. You addressed correcting the problem in your original comment , by disabling "Clip Cam". Which you can do on the fly, when you know your going to use Teleportation. Just toggle the Cam.

On the upside of this, you can pass into the geometries of the game.Such as a mountain side or a dungeon wall. Want to keep from falling. use the water bender option to keep you level and swim to the other side.

I see this not as a bug, but a fantastic new trick to be explored. However be SMART about it. Dont let ppl see you doing this. Make SURE if you do it in a dungeon, turn off water bending or slide to null, or you will come out of the portal and start floating.

Before I say it, I do appreciate the effort you've put into this mod, but I am concerned about how far this is going, it started as more of a convenience mod, and now with the clipping and speed hack its definitely over the line for me personally. I'm not here to order you to stop because that's not my place nor even close to within my power, but I'm just concerned that I'm going to lose my convenience mods because I just foresee Trion/XL moving this up on their "problem priority list" with these more "game breaking" mods.

Or maybe Im just looking for a more technical breakdown as to how some of this new stuff isn't immediately detectable? IDK

And I'll leave with an Uncle Ben quote "With great power comes great responsibility."

The difference is that the mod is still a convenience thing, everything you mentioned is not the mod, it's the Derp program which is a side project and it's not really part of the mod in any way, and it's still an optional thing to use, you don't have to use it.

You'll still have your convenience mod pack without any risks just as it is right now.

It actually bugs cause of cryengine, even if you don't modify the client - stated this a few posts pack about it and not much I can do but look into the rendering part of it and see what maybe could be changed.

No, its changed seperately in the xml file.

Not sure how I would split it, I've also been told in private it effects things in a weird way on a hauler aswell. Not entirely sure how messing with camera eye in memory has anything to do with some of the things it is producing and I need to look into this further, though I did find a fix for it - it still interests me how far this rabbit hole goes.

It will go wherever the sky is the limit. This goes into the region with derp of memory hacking, where-as the mod itself is just file modifications and not memory editing to the extend that derp does. If they did even prioritize anything, it would only effect just what derp does - which is why I offer no lifetime on derp but do and have tested the mod throughout regions beside na/eu and see its lifetime to be quite foreseeable in the future despite what they would do to stop derp.

If they move it up on priority list, it will not effect your conveniences as its completely different as to what derp does to what the mod itself does and how they would tackle each of them individually.

As for detection, there of course is some who have had a suspected user debuff from people reporting, which was removed quite quickly through support & ignorantly at that and for the abuse that has already been unleash by the 12ish individuals that I'm allowing to test, I'd say they have probally the worst detection in the history of a game considering how much I've been abusing privately lately and technically my vpn account should of already been banned now, but has not and nor has any of the ones breaking the physics memory aspect of this game testing things for me.

I know alot of people are opposed to what I intend to release, through the PM's and emails I have been getting in relation to the game breaking nature of it, but I leave you with my own quote in response to it:

Please forgive a delay, they're will be an update to the portal mod and something with derp soon, but I need to sort out the feedback given on some testing privately and some things I need to look into with the clip cam that makes for an interesting dig.
