This does exist, however to get the "ESP" portion you'd have to play on not your game's screen so I wouldn't recommend that. But the "aimbot" is a thing using computer vision. I would not suggest buying it through whatever website you're looking at though. There's like 2-3 longterm trustworthy providers and this is not one of them.
You would need a pretty strong PC and capture card like an Elgato. But at that point why not get a actual cheat on PC

Don't see where its advertised with ESP besides the thumbnail, its clearly stated to be AI and the first video also shows its AI.

Yeah.. it kinda is. You're arguing some like "BBQ chicken pizza is not real pizza" semantics here. Is it a traditional external cheat? No. It's a pixelbot. Which exists in PC cheating, too.. so it is kinda traditional as well just a bit niche.
If you are able to achieve aimbot on PS5 natively, by using a capture card and PC - that is objectively an aimbot (cheat) on console. What else would you define it as? Again, I would be open to the argument it's not ESP since it isn't feasible to be playing on the app which is showing the "ESP". Stop acting ignorant, please. It is not cute at all. At this state it would be better to just cheat on PC than go through all those additional steps lol... not worth it
