From what I know, seeing them for the past for years, they are legit. Probably they had issues delivering the product to your E-Mail. They are an competitor to my script provider https://hypex.to (feel free to come around btw. )

Their advertisement account was online ~2 weeks ago. Try to contact them here and on their website.

I had a really long pause on using Legit-Helpers macro program but there was legit & trustfull all time.

But a few month ago i bought sub-time and got no e-mail response like you, i tried to find the old discord server but its gone. Legit-Helpers are no scammers, i think they are not in business at the time and never shut down their payment-system.
