Still doesn't work on 2.29, I don't understand why before always worked..

I am having the same problem with 3.32 when I try to run it, it does not open nor does it say it have any errors. It just does not run or open at all  it was working fine but then it stopped please help me

Seems like my server went offline, I gonna contact my host.
