Do i need to change anything on the fissure script if i play with 220 ping? seems to bug out every now and then..

Man i dont know why... i use vanilla since lets month and now i'm trying open para vanilla tool 3.31 but he dont open... no erros nothing... just dont open...
What can i do?:|

Just be sure you use the latest version 1.27

I am having problem with is version 3.31, it does not work,I do not have antivirus, my firewall is off, I did reset the modem.
I don't know what to do.
