The patch requires 9Disciple or similar to run as they hold the IP addressing to continue the route.
People have already invested their time answering this very question, so please invest your time reading thoroughly through the 9Disciple thread before posting questions that have been asked and answered many times already.
For your information 9DVN has officially announced that their servers will close on the 9th of July 2010.
