P.S. Sorry for the long wait, but there's a difference between being an actual developer and playing with the files. The difference will be noticed soon (acclaim reference if anybody still catches the joke, but nah, we are close to initial testing).

But as rumours say, you guys dont have latest files like eod and elysium have. You do a custom 9d with older files than them. Is it right?

EoD/Elysium have latest files ? Why aren't they GC 1:1 then ? They have 2011-2012 GC US files.
