Tell Joongwon that the problem isnt caused by these people, but the bad managment and the lack of contents, tell joongown to Look at their "Awaken" version and the issues and bugs and the complains of the players, so i doubt people here are the "cause" or the "reason" of the trouble, its from the company itself
That's the Korean company. Its job is to (see its avatar) - "Erase all private servers". As long as it's related to copyright, you can find the way to sue somebody.

They aren't related to Joongwon, after all. They can do ****, and the same goes for private servers.
Joongwon Games has started taking actions against private servers massively.
They're paying specialized agencies to take care of it.
Our PayPal Account has been frozen (which we don't give a **** about anyway since Project Alpha has no item mall) and also our webhoster has received a DMCA copyright infringement report. Until we've taken measures to better prevent ourselfs we've backed up and removed everything from the webserver.
However, our gameserver is still up and running. If you're having trouble loging in it's due to our hackshield having some issues but it has nothing to do with the DMCA report.
Since our youtube and facebook account have been taken down aswell epvp will be your main source of information for the time being.

That's interesting. I would like to know more about how PA-server caused trouble for Joongwon.
I can reassure you that even if PA-server isn't coming back, my friends and I wouldn't play Awaken.
We tried it and it sucks. So how is PA causing trouble?
PA was played by a group of friends that enjoy the game without the milking, where the administrators actually care, and where the players helped eachother out because the game was more balanced (no pay to win policy), hence the great community.
Actually, the age of the game doesn't even justify the milking of players.
I suggest you telll Joongwon those reasons for this small community to choose PA over Awaken, maybe then they will understand that not PA is causing any trouble, but the attitude of Redfox and how the game is hosted are the real reason of their trouble.
And while you are at it, tell Joongwon that 9Dragons is slowly dieing because more and more people abandon their chars after the hype of a new server is gone. There are more modern and fun games to play.
Besides, what's the use paying to play if Joongwon can decide to end their contract like they did with GC and *poof* gone are your chars and all your effort and all your money.
You think that helps to keep your players? Dream on.

Your server is sux alot. Milking players, no event, sux xp rate, sux community. We are playing this game about for 10 years. So we can choose what do we want to play. Your server doesnt worth to play. PA worths. And PA doesnt take any money. Its free server. So you dont have to go against PA. Go close elysium. They sell +17 weapon for 50 euro.
PA is clean and free server. Not a company to get money.
