PA isn't providing players with a day to cap and items that are better than end gear so dungeons for gear will be incredibly important. I blame server owners for making content redundant and players for getting upset because there is nothing left to do.
No comment, i doubt anyone could argue with ur logic.
I remember the good old Acclaim days where farming and grinding was not easy at all. And damage was not high and you actually had to keep an eye out on ur HP / MP all the time. These days its just stand in one place and click every few seconds ...

Like I said, players who contribute will be rewarded.
No, we don't ask 1 player to do it for all six clans. 6 users would finish it in relatively low time given the fact that we'll provide courier passes.
Rewards will be handed in phase 1, will be made public and will be proportional with the contribution, bug reporters, we didn't forget you ! You will get small gifts too.

Reveal the reward now and depending on what it is, I'll do all RTD's. Because I won't do RTD's for a stack of cowpats.

I've got goosebumps... Can't wait to launch PA, haven't been this excited since Play9D. Actually, nope I'm even more excited, because this is not a commercial server like play9d was.

While what you mentioned is true, and as much as we would like to give back the importance of CoF for new commers, we can't afford to set exp to 1x acclaim as a matter of fact not even 5x would do it. I'd say the new curve did a good job. People will explore cof for basic items, then they'll continue their path to hitting lv cap while getting gear from other dungs.

Anyways, doing some more changes:
-removed anti-PK buff.

Joke aside tho'; It gladdens me to see people so dedicated.Judging by what i read so far there is a really high chance 9dragons will become enjoyable once again....i even dare say it might become what 9dragons should have been all along.

I do have one question regarding healers and their future.I can understand healers being needed during phase 1; no op items,no def sets or at least none that would make solo-play viable along with no op items. But what happens to healers when phases 2&3 go live?I mean healers are needed when there's nothing to replace them with. leech orn's/pills/ginseng will make heal redundant.+50000-to-all-stats-deco will make buffs useless.Who needs healers when all you need is a warrior with +9000 ref weapon,a stack of ginseng and a couple of banners who can solo everything while all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the free ride.

It could be nothing...it could be that you guys already have plans on how to avoid such things but it is something i worry about and with the role healers played in recent 9dragons history can you blame me?

We have driven a bit away from what we initially planned. We planned to just release existing content on and on until we reach our limit, BUUUUT things changed. It's safe to say that phase 2 and phase 3 will have careful content implementation, not rentless official content copy-paste, we will try to keep things challenging and we'll avoid things like HP leech, hp/ve pills, KGs, etc.

By careful content implementation I mean we will probably change the face of 9D as you know it by then. During 1st phase, we will continue developing on current maps (up to LD) and introduce more needed resources to satisfy the community.

We (mostly me, since I was missing some important balance knowledge) have gained a lot of experience and understanding of how 9D works during this project. Josped, was probably the most right (along with other people who said it in the past, but didn't really develop the idea) the content which was forcefully pushed on officials DOES NOT fit the current stats system, it simply doesn't.

@pills and fun stuff,we will have holiday events too, however we will wipe all the resources and items after.

P.S. I drifted a bit away from the topic, sorry. So, yeah, healers will remain relevant, our main concern after we establish balance, is to maintain it.

EDIT: Since we thought that yin/soul are avoided due to healer ys res buffs, we changed the buff so that each clan has 2 different attributes and we also lowered the res given (c10= 10 res, and for e.g. WT has yin/yang res buff, HD has yang/body, etc)
