This is nothing but a theory at the moment so there is no website or domain because this isn't even a tangible project yet. The chances of this actually coming to light are quite slim and so far the feedback for this concept has been pretty much hit and miss. There are still a variety of different servers to choose from and the scope is still wildly massive.

sorry, wasn't paying attention. I really want a server with a capable GM and decent rates. Eod is so bad, the gm's are giving items and they know nothing about the 9d development. What's more is that it's a dead server like p9d. Elysium has no potential and subagames got low rates. Blabla. Lookingg forr some initiativee from a competent

Or to put it simply, let's talk about 9D in a "timeline".

1. CS cap. Shit gear, shit xp, some events sometimes. Balanced PvP only disturbed by 6 items. Easily fixed. Lots of people all the time, pvp is fun, bp always full.
   
2. LD released. 2nd role. Def clothes. Balance even worse as new skills/gear were made for the "9D v2" k9d stat system and make a mess on "9d v1" system. Less people, pvp is a mixed bag, bp is so so. Some people around, some hardcore pvpers still at it, bp is the same usual crowd everyday.
   
3. Icy released. 500/600 def sets become available, things really start going to hell. Even less people, pvp is a laugh, bp's usual crowd started diminishing.
   
4. Tibet release. Hell is here. KS/KJ epis and new CC merchant items turn PvP into a pointless exercise in futility. There's a few dozen players still around, pvp is a joke, bp looks like a graveyard most of the time.

And on and on. From 1 onward, always same trend. More pointless shit added, less people, less fun, nothing fixed and more stuff broken. Sad story of a good game.

So, no, it's a fail and offers nothing we haven't had before anyway....

Wanna make a REAL 9D server that might have a shot? Easy.

• Remove 2nd role. VERY IMPORTANT.
  
• Cut maps at LD, cap at HM3/4 (enough to make GCM and Beast bosses orange)
  
• Remove def trink and the 50/60 def relics, remove CC merch items, remove MD items, remove kg/root/mush, remove all def clothes but the RL4 set.
  
• Restrict decos to old no stat decos.
  
• DON'T sell speed/dodge pots on IM.
  
• Cut refine at +8, give people a stack of +1 scrolls, donators can go +10 with +2 scrolls. Make +1-+5 no fail, 50/25/5 for 6/7/8.
  
  
• Give everyone a decent "starters pack". Jade plate, Jade seal, the 4 "order of xxxx" thingies, the final bamboo quest relic, hp trink, no slot 1/1k hat.

Then get some nice people that can run some pvp events on a regular basis, with good rewards, ie, things you CAN'T get in game, but can be made later by a GM, like 2 slot 3/1k hats, or 4 slot WD weaps, etc...

Done. Should fit on a 1week timeframe or so...

Agree, but if 2nd role nukes/smashes or active animations would be left, only with low, 1st role dmg, it would be perfect u know, variety of skills with normal dmg wouldnt be bad

Seems like Elysium won't arrive too soon xD Jamie,why don't you try to build a server really now...You should be able to make it happen even if it lasts one year il spend my money on a good server with good administration.
