HD warrior Build

im a HD warrior ec1 ,whenever i grind my health runs out quick
like i kill 10 mobs and my health is only 10 % left , my health is 6 k
is this normal or my build is wrong ?

my def : 2700 , dodge is :1000

Try ask ur master to get u 6/k hp palte from m&d. or use 4x 110 dodge deco.

also u can use rl 12 hp hat too .. or try ask anyone for buffs.. sry for double..

Then get a disciple, wait when he gets some contribution and use plate by yourself :P

and hp hat 1/1k is cheap as well, about 400k.

try:max STR,essence,wisdom and const just 14 (for relics EC) and DEX just for weapon!

You have too much essence. Always try to avoid pumping your penalty stat unless it's to wear relics. With that much def, I'm guessing you're playing on Play9D (with red banner) and not on GC. Why don't you post your questions there ?

I'll post a pic of my warrior at GB and you'll see the difference.

Increase ess and wis to 10/12/14 only if you need to wear the RC/FD/EC relics.

With that build I have over 3000 def which is plenty for LD. If you're getting ganged, use your finishing move to quickly get away and attack a mob on its own. Never stand on the spot if mobs are ganging you. Use your range smashes to lure mobs out and fight them 1v1.

Ideally, your HP should fall at the same rate as your VE or slower.

Sound advice, very old school too. Nabs usually don't know that when ganged your dodge sinks like a (heavy) rock and crits "start happening".

@OP

If you think you got it bad at LD start, wait till LD end. Once you have to grind in the "ranged zone" you either have leech or you give up. Icy is even more insulting as the mobs have such ridiculously high AR that you either have decent leech AND ew herbs or you give up.

Cheapest source of leech is basically the MD 6/1k plate and the MD 3/1k trink. In P9D you can make 150k in 4h give or take, enough for 2/3 weeks of leech power... Just need a friend to act as "fake master".

p.s. while LS12 mobs are the highest kill/h you can get, i personally wouldn't go that way. RL12 ck hyb is almost as fast and you get BE/LF/HermitMaterials as drops...

It's really old, but great school of builds... I use the same since Acclaim :P

But on Play9D, if you are rich enough, you don't need to add points to wis/ess on start - I think you won't wear RC/FD/EC relics, because you probably will wear red&blue banners and 6xBBoE, I think. I wear that, and my dmg is nice on all types of characters.

About "ganging". I think it depends on role. Only nukers need to get away, and warriors, but sometimes. Healers and hybs (especially melee) don't need that, IMHO. It depends on buffs, as well. If you get some scale buffs, you will be like immortal. I've got my all attrib buff c12, selfbuff c12, reflect c11 and scale buff c9 (max on HM1). I'm attacked by 4 mobs and they need about 5 minutes to low my HP by 1k. I don't need to lure mobs again and again.

It's only my opinion, ofc.

OP already said he's not rich so forget BBoEs (14kk) and leech ornaments (40kk for 3/1000). You wouldn't want to waste leech on 'low' level weapons anyway. Save them for when you get to Icy and have to spend longer grinding between levels. Best bang for buck and probably free from drops are the normal RC/FD/EC relics.

Also, post is about warriors not healers or hybrids that have heals. If you have heals, you want the mobs to gang you so then you don't have to chase after them.

Sorry, when somebody told "ranged" I thought about hybrid for a while. My bad.

Leech orns are too expensive here, then I prefer M&D plate. Then, the best build can be like that: red, blue banner, M&D Plate, clan relic, and some EC relics. If you are WT, you can wear some relic gained from RTD (+5 dex and something more), which is nice relic as well. Another clans can wear it, too, I think.

and your ess is to high, who told you to screw that build?
