If you know any tricks for refinement ? Or some steps to make a good refinement

This ain't trick.
Also this is one trick what i know;

IT DOESN'T ADD YOUR REF RATES!

This video has no point, the best way to ref a wep is to put at last 2 Scales on your weapon, use TS and eventualy Ref Epi and good luck! Cant be more simple then this ...

This is a tip HOW TO REF FAST.
Wity this tip you can avoid blue bar and get a lot od time.

Probably it can be used for example to try 2 refs with 1 TS ^^, although no point in this action on P9D server
