4Story can't run services TCTRL_GSP etc.

Hey,
I'm trying to make a server for me and my friends to enjoy and everytime I try to run the service TCTRL_GSP it gives me an error. I have checked on the odbcad32.exe and everything seems fine, I even used to be able to start the services before but once I uninstalled them once used new source files they just dont want to start.

Things I tried:
Reconfiguring odbcad32.exe
Reinstalling the database
Using different services

i already managed to fix the issue, instead of installing sql server 2012 i had to install 2008 r2 and then upgrade it to 2012
