Come on how can you not read the error in that message and furthermore at-least have a BASIC understanding of what it means.

Game = Game
DB = Database
INIT = Initialization
ERROR = ERROR

Apparently it's having a problem initializing or "CONNECTING" to your database. Seriously guys this is not rocket science. And if you do not know the abbreviations DB and INIT you should probably just go ahead and give up on the whole Rappelz P-Server idea.
