Problem with 7.3 captainherlock

hello,
I have 7.3 files and I created a server with SQL 2012
Everything was fine until the server start: after I run Princesseaurora and captainherlock, With captainherlock I get this:

After a minutes Captinherlock closes and nothing more ... I try with captainHerlock by ismokedrow () But still the same error
If someone could help me it would be nice

ps: I am on windows vista x64
