i'm guessing it happened after you've added the mob spawns fix
first try to restore all the DB (maybe you've changed something),
if that doesn't work, try:

DELETE FROM [Telecaster].[dbo].[Item]
WHERE owner_id=0

GO

DELETE FROM [Telecaster].[dbo].[State]

GO

I can only see that the server crash... also you must do anything...
Restore the db and run again.
if the error come back your files or your pc are to old xD

pc age has nothing to do with this error. you could run this server on a p3 not recomended but.. you could the issue is sometimes the gameserver just goes bad try replaceing herlock and auth excutables with a fresh copy.
db should be fine.
this is being worked on its rather difficult to fix as present as theres no source code avail so it's become rather tedious.
it will be fixed tho ^^ just not sure how soon

Delete everything in Telecaster/dbo.Auction

ahh that issue the problem is u need to delte every entry in dbo.item that was back before inventory was rewritten which before to many items in wh,inventory,auction house would crash game server.
its fixed now just not released yet so for now just delete all entrys in telecaster>>dbo.item
it wont delete the actual inventory just free up the db memory so its no its not creating an overflow
