no sry i tryed both ways only 1 fiile again...ive i try to change the hp bar it works but i dont get more health, it only standing there..  same thing with other stats 
but thanks for your help..

It works for me =)
Attack Speed value doesn't change in player box, but it woks =)
Other player can see the hack?

is there anyway to change attack speed on a new character? or make a 0 cd one im confused about this, ive managed the speed hack but i run like a douche i just want the attack speed and the 0 cd for i am making a sorc, sorry about bad english but can anyone help?

the attack speed is really a how fast you use the skill.
what does 0 cd mean? cool down? well i dont know how to cahnge cooldown but i will keep tring to find out other things.

Why dont you try diffrent things and anyone else who has 64bit, you need to work together!. I dont have 64bit :P

1. download cheat engine HERE Cheat Engine
2. install.
3. now start WoW and login!
4. when ur att the character selection then start cheat engine. NOTE: IF U START IT EARLIER THE GAME WILL DETECT CHEAT ENGINE!
