[Private Server - HELP] How can upgrade weapon with red star

I want to change Successful Chance when upgrade weapon to ultra by RED STAR.

Sample: I need:
Red Star: 50%
Blue Star: 75%
Dark Star: 100%

Somebody help .

ok first off im getting to the point im just gonna goto another set of forums because you people need top stop reviving old threads and that isnt in the sql if you knew sql youd know that its in the msg server -.-
