Blue star bug/glitch

A guy on my server is saying that he know a blue star bug which does like it's higher succes rate to make ultra's.

Anyone know anything about this bug/glitch?

He also told me that it's only him and 1 other person that know the bug/glitch.
Uhm, if someone wanna find it out and tell me it had been nice :P

If this help he told me that he don't do like he make it 100% but 75% like he don't get caught, and as you know 1 blue star is 25% chance, and in any way the bug/glitch may be something with putting in blue stars more then once or something... xD

But i really don't know how to do it, and i don't know if my theory is correct.

The Centaurus fleet ByondDevinity apparently had a file up that would modify upgrade rates. It had already been taken down by the time I'd heard of it though, so it's just a rumour I heard.

1: its not with blue star 2: i think it acctually does work.............. you use red star, and if you can compleat the upgrade within the time the met in the corner changes to a red star, you WILL get it.. its not a glitch or a bug, its a secret, its made into the game, just like eudemons has things like when you press ok when the light shins you will get it, on zero if you pres ok within the time you will get it.....

A friend tried this, and it didn't work.

yeah lol i had a couple of ppl try it and none of them got it to work
