Have you read posts about why he is not a dev and/or discredited his work, he says he made his itemtype.dats and ****, was told to take em down, he did not, he was given alternatives, he did not take them. So yeah he may be `active` but he is not a dev. He is a leecher.

yes people speak english on my server and any other language they would like as well
some of the non needed npcs have not been translated because i dont like to waste time with non essentials but 99% of my server is in english regardless of what these other guys say
