Well it doesn't matter, it can go down via bombardment, release of hacks that don't work on omni anymore , account remote wipe, or tq legal who keeps checking pservs for running them on their home connect, which guess what, this server is running on mr nina's personal connect. If tq legal gets that, they are sunk period, they already tried to kill omni once and I know they've been keeping their legal dogs on the watch for pservs who slip up and use the wrong hosts who will give personal detail. All because Zero is tanking and people hate them as a company, so any competition they can remove that makes them look bad, the better for them.

That isp in florida wont withhold a users information on a dmca case, so I honestly wouldn't be shocked if they were already looking since it's a fact they keep tabs on epvp, and they have done a dmca against omni once, and are trigger happy against anything zero that isn't well protected.

It's one of the BIGGEST reasons I keep telling people don't run a pserv from your home inet. It's like going hey tq sue me because I'm making it easy.

I protected everyone on omni on the last dmca, absolutely no information was released, but it's different from a home pc on home inet on a seizure order. No one who is involved with that is safe.

The only way they could save face if tq got wind would be to take it down before a date stamped court order was made. Once they get that, they are boned. ISP turns over personal info, and a seizure order occurs and they come to your house and collect equip.

It's a lot cheaper and easier for legal to go after ppl who run from home because they don't have to work around a lot of privacy issues with hosts. So for a minimal fee, your life can be ruined over something minimal just to remove competition.

TQ may dmca other hosts at data centers, but they tend not to go further because of the privacy protections in place and the "hearsay" of who owned the content on said server. Home users own that connect and pc's and are responsible for any actions on it, I've been telling this to ppl for over a year now, yet no one listens and servers usually co and eo just disappear when run from home connects, from either legal issues or they stole money.

You don't see it much here on zo because either 1 most died, or 2 there's almost none left, those that are, are legally protected by out of country copyright laws as a buffer.

If im not mistaken why the hell would you want to play on a server the exact same as omni's AND wasnt mr nina accused of stealing money, therefore why would you want to play fake omni to lose money? making a complete exact server seems pointless then to add the money scamer on top of that seems idiotic to me.

Not even exact anymore, if you recall all those fixes that have occurred in the last 2 months, none of them exist in this fake.

So the shotgun macro speed attacking still works, amongst many other abused methods and attacks that ruin the game.

Almost every single one of those fixes were server side to, not client side, so they can't even take them, can't take the balance fixes, gear fixes, skill fixes, memory leak that came from initial version of the vip maps.

Macro'd npc exploits that were fixed, think people like mito/rylai and so many others that were banned for exploiting game mechanics that were later fixed, would now be playing this one with no hope of those fixes.

Here check this out, it's a public logger of whos going to the registration page by website referal, something I made to make sure vn sites weren't hotlinking direct to reg page, anything I wrote uses this logging system

Loggers can be **** handy to see what people are doing.

very nice shows me, baha i was checking out their fake **** XD i couldnt show you my ftp server due to its got a bunch of confidential stuff on it. but ive got logs from ice. i know exactly what he does and when he does it, i even have the ips of people who login to his server via backdoor mysql teehee

i have backdoors in my released client that use loggers aswell and its all downloaded to my ftp server and i get emails when something is updated in my ftp server via xammp

Thing is, shenlawyers is the firm that had omni shutdown last time over DMCA to the datacenter we ran back during September and tried to get admin personal details from the host.

Most people who know me saw this dmca letter, as well as Mr nina, and mr nina knows it was enough to have us shutdown cold.

It was prevented due to privacy loopholes, but I don't think it's gunna be the same story for a home inet user where that isp is known for just turning over personal private details.

only time i run a server from home inet 1) its never public 2) only people I WANT get access 3) its used for testing a teaching purposes. they will find out the hard way. plus its easy to setup an DDoS attack i guarentee they have no protection against that.

No they don't, there's no firewall, and all the ports are public, even mysql. All the old tq binary shutdown tricks will work against it. Same ones that blow up co and eo.

wow, dayum idiots, i port checked everything on apoc and mysql because theres a lot of default backdoors that you gotta close. i bet they still have defaults on db aswell could take down db very easily. thats the first thing i did before releasing it, to prevent any hackers or by passers. I love how people can think they have a better server when its not even protected hahaha

well it's omni db' so it has the security I had set back in october, but none of the updates to fix things.

It's in the registration page, however if removed incorrectly, registrations will no longer be saved to account table.

From the looks of it if they just deleted the file and or php call to the file, it's going to error when it gets that far. yay error logs for days.

Nope looks like they figured out how to code in php! no mysql error. but it does show their ip for server idiots
