for retail WoW we have multiple addons to save actionbar sets and swap between the different profiles. For the WoW 1.12.1 client however there is no reliable addon which can also handle macros and stances properly.
I coded a external tool which is able to save actionbar sets for different characters easily. A little demonstration:
