Create your own server (WDDG Plat.)

Here is a guide how to setup a Server with this.

----- How-to Setup a Server with WDDG Community Platinum -----

Step 1: Download WDDG Community Platinum (Link at bottom)

Step 2: Install It (Anywhere is Fine)

Step 3: Run WDDG Community Platinum (Found in the start menu)

Step 4: Click IP-Configuration and type in the following

Step 5: Click on WDDG Settings and enter the following

Step 6: Click on Account Creator and do the following

Step 7: Click on Map Extractor and click Find. Point that to your WoW Directory

Then hit create

Then Extract (This is a long process so just make yourwwelf some food and watch some TV)

Step 8: Click Run Server

Open your realmlist.wtf in your WoW Directory (With Notepad etc.)

Also der WDDG Plat emu ist auf deutsch und du kannst es mit der us 1.5 version laufen lassen.

anderes Thema, hab nen ziemlich üblen Bug.
Ab dem Logininterface in WoW flimmert bei mir alles Oo ist allerdings erst seit der 1.5
Hat jemand dasselbe Problem gehabt, nachdem er auf die 1.5 geupdatet hat ?
Ich frag hier, weil ich das Problem erst habe, seitdem ich mit diesem Emu spielen wollte und auf 1.5 geupdatet habe. Vllt. ist da evtl. ein zusammenhang ? O_o

Hm...habe alles eingestellt wie gefordert, mir auch nen Account erstellt. etc.


Ich kann den Server schon sehen, jedoch nicht einloggen, wenn ich das versuche-->
"Logging in to game server"
und das ganze springt zurück ins Serverauswahlmenu.
In der Serverkonsole
16:07:05:M:RS:[XXXXXXXXXXX] CMD_REALM_LIST

Und das immer nacheinander, ich vermute, dass das bedeutet, dass der Client die Realm List vom Server abfragt
Das blöde ist halt nur das ich nicht raukomme...hat jemand ne Idee?

es gibt nur eine wahre "idee"
du spiels offensichtlich mit einer 1.6.0/1 version auf die du die gecrackte 1.5 exe draufgeklatscht hast

Bl1zz hat sich die mühe gemacht und diese methode mit einem der letzten patches zerschossen => du musst das game nochmal installieren und mit 1.5 patchen

Alternativ kannst du dein game auch downgraden

1. Make a copy of the W@W installation folder and name is W@rld of W@rcr@ft2. (Open My Computer, select the drive you installed W@W on then navigate to the W@W installation folder. Most likely in c:\Program Files\W@rld @f W@rcr@ft)
(Note: This will take a while since the folder can be as large as 5GB)

2. Once that is finished, delete the file in the new copy of the W@W folder.

2b. I would remove any of the updates and updaters from the duplicate folder. Also if you have in there I would delete that too.

3. Now go to the Start Menu and click "Run".

4. In the Open box type "regedit".

5. Once that loads navigate in the folder tree on the left to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Bl1zz@rd Entertainment\W@rld @f W@rcraft

6. In this "folder" will be registry entrees as follows:
(Default)
GamePath
InstallPath
UninstallPath
You will need to change the data for "GamePath" and "InstallPath"

7. To do this, first double-click on "GamePath." A little box will popup called "Edit String." "Value Name" will be greyed out, ignore it; you need to edit "Value data." You will notice that "Value data" has the installation location of the original folder. Change "Value data" to the name of the duplicate W@W installation folder, then click OK.

8. Repeat step 7 to Value Name "InstallPath"

9. You are done in regedit for now, minimize it to the task bar.

10. Go to wow official page and download the newest release of repair.exe

11. Run the "Repair.exe." It will check all the giant data files in the duplicate W@W folder you created. It will also notice that you don't have a and download 1.0.0 from Bl1zz@rd.

12. Once repair has finished it will dissappear.

13. Now you need to locate and download the full 1.5.0 update for W@W. (Note: make sure you have the correct version for your country.) The update is about 175MB so it may take a while.

14. Run the update. It will take a while for it to finish.

15. When the update finishes, it will load W@W. DO NOT log in, exit out immediately, then go back to the minimized regedit.

16. Now reverse what you did in steps 7 and 8 so that future updates happen to the original installation of W@W and not your new one.

17. Make sure that in the duplicate W@W folder that your realmslist.wtf is set to the right private server and not the Bl1zz@rd public one, and you should be good to go.

@C0rnh0lio : Es gibt einen server emu mit ver. 1.6 aber des kostet 140?-160?
es wird an einer version mit 1.6 gearbeitet

naja ich selbser finde 1.4.2 viel besser (weils ned so buggy is) aber der nachteil daran is man muss viel scripten ....

was die fotos angeht solche anleitungen findet man auch im WDDG Forum und Website , einfach ma googlen

Der server von Project Eden soll 1.6 unterstützen bin das grad ma am testen.

nur kommt man bei den meisten wegen accerstellungssperre nicht drauf
