This is where it got confusing. The post you quoted is about zygor. But you ask about skillcapped? Well if you downloaded the addon, you can see the cata addon in it. All you need to do is add it.
But there is no setting because you have not installed it.

Someone on my discord provided 1 screenshot and the error thats it.

So people are complaining that something is not showing when it is not even added to the addon yet.

Well all people have to do is open the rar, look at the folder and find "The Devs have not added them".
Seeing they need to be updated and added

No worries. I kept on asking people for the error and screenshot in in 20 days no one did.
Someone on my discord did and was easy to find out why.

in the guides folder it mentions mounts but no tab in gmae menu ..thats normal for right now correct?
