Mostly you may want to quest till lvl 25-30 cause grinding at low levels is inefficent i think.
For horde you may want to spend your time questing at levels:
1-11/12 Trisfal Glades
12-20 The Barrens/Sepulcher
18-27 Stonetalon Mts.
18-27 Ashenvale
23-30 Hillsbrad
Always good to do WC/Shadowfang in between
So these are the zones you mainly focus on questing but after 30 i thinking grinding is faster
but of course there are also some nice quests and dont forget Scarlet Monastery
After hitting 30 you may want to go to Shimmering Flats.
First, definitely stay in Shimmering Flats from level 30 to at least level 34
At level 34-35, you might want to consider taking a trip to Desolace. Do the killquests and grind on centaurs, basically just doing the quests. Level 36 is a good time to go get the Sword of Omen(for rogues) and take a trip to the Swamp of Sorrows. At this point, try to save all your cash for a mount, that thing comes in handy
An alternative grinding spot at 32-36 is Yeti Cave at Arathi Highland
I started doing the Badlands Rock elementals at level 40, and pretty much breezed my way to level 43.This place rocks especially if you're an
engineer you will find enough solid stones from the elementals to make an obscene amount of solid blasting powder.
At level 43, I headed down to Tanaris and did the wastewander and field testing quests. If you want a Phantom Blade(rogues) you?re going to be spending at least 5 hours hunting the desert for air elementals. Make sure to kill any Land Ragers if you see them; they drop Cores of Earth which are incredibly rare on my server, and required by a tradeskill quest.
The bandits themselves are decent farming, but expect to get adds at the most inopportune moments because several of the mob types can stealth
After that Feralas is a very nice zone with lots of grindable mobs.Hit up the Isle of Dread starting at level 44. It?s a long swim for Horde, but it?s worth it. No one knows about it, no one is there, and the nagas have superior healing potions in their pockets. Also, if you are a miner, prepare to rake in the Mithril.
The 2. Grinding Spot in Feralas is the Feral Scar Vale.Lots of Yetis around there.
A third grinding spot in Feralas is the ogre ruins themselves. The mobs here range from level 44 to level 47, with about 2/3 of them casters. A general tactic here is to always leave the warlords for last, as they can bring a load of pain on you when they whine for help. Battlemasters are very dangerous; try not to fight them when possible.A lot of mageweave drops here.
44 - 47/48 Dustbelcher Ogres in the Badlands. Now here is a good spot, and it may be good on PvP as well.
48-52 Dunemaul Ogres in Tanaris (great Mageweave drops). I like the NE ruins for the early levels, as I could move around it in a circle. Once I got to 50, I liked the higher density in the actual Dunemaul Compound area.
52-56 Western Plaugelands. The field with the Skeletal Slayers right by the Bulwark. Great Runecloth drops, and actually I prefered to kill the melees here over the casters (casters seemed to have the same HP and armor as melees).
52-54: Firegut Ogres in Burning Steppes. Incredibly easy, tons of runecloth, and mining points everywhere. I got my mining from 270 to 300 here during the period of one level grinding, and that was last level. This is how i got so far i dont know much about +54 yet but i hear Winterspring is a good spot.At 58-60 you can grind at the Yeti Cave in Wintersping
Oh and btw im a rogue but i think these spots are all good for every class out there.Of always check Artisan quests depending on your
professions and do quests which has a nice reward. You can always take "kill x mobs" or "collect x items from y mobs" quests they will boost
your xp while grinding
