First of all, always Dispel first and always remember to refresh Power Word: Pain whenever it is about to end or has ended. Also use Flash Heal whenever you have Shield/Focused Casting up and need to fill up your health bar. Renew is a lifesaver. Mind Control is the friend of your cooldowns. Psychich Scream is youe bestest buddy for everest

Druids: They are like a bad form of a Priest, lacking in both damage and healing compared to us so 1on1 PvP battles with them is of no need to worry about. Just Dispel his buffs, Silence when he tries to heal, use Psychic Scream and nuke away. Shield and Flash Heal if you take too much damage. No biggy.

Hunter: Throw up Shield+Renew on yourself and a DoT on him and his pet while charging him and throw up a Psychic Scream once in range. Continue to nuke the hunter best you can and he will fall, if he isn't dead before the Fear ends then go into Focused Casting, use another Shield+Renew, and nuke the last of him. His pet will go away afterwards and it will never have had a chance to hurt you or interrupt your spells. He can drain mana with Viper Sting so be quick on it and keep an extra mana potion on you if anything goes wrong.

Mage: Cast silence then Shield+Renew and a DoT while charging him and do a Psychic Scream once in range. Continue to nuke him best you can and if you have a good staff even melee works actually. Soon as Fear ends if he isn't dead, go into Focused Casting and throw up another Shield+Renew, a new DoT and then just nuke again. Should he silence your Shadow school then use Mana Burn for nukage, should he silence your Discipline then nuke regularly, should he silence your Holy school then he's already dead. Yes, Counterspell will also render your entire magic section for four seconds if he has Improved Counterspell(ALL good mages have it) so then just melee him and wait with what I said you should do after the Fear wears off and do it when your magic is back.

Paladin: Kiting is your friend. Never melee a paladin and you win. Use Mana Burn to drain his mana because a paladin without mana is nothing as he can't heal and use seals anymore, plus he can't use the only stun and ranged attack he can access. Initial step would probably be Dispel his buffs, Mindflay, Mindblast, DoT, Mindflay, when he closes in use Psychic Scream and continue to nuke him with Mindflay so he doesn't get away. He is pretty much dead, worst case scenario he gets off his Lay on Hands but that's only slowing his death and means nothing but some extra nukage from your side. (If he tries to heal then Silence him)

Rogue: Our worst enemy according to me. Assuming he gets the intitial jump since they get it in 90% of the cases and it's only then he's any danger... Psychic Scream+Shield+Flash Heal+Renew as soon as you can, most cases you get a 4 second stun on you and then it's crapaholic so just hope you can last it out and that he doesn't chain-stun you before you can get away your instants. Assuming you got those instants plus Flash Heal away and he is about 4 seconds away from returning to Fear throw him the DoT and nuke the crap out of him. Then when he closes use Focused Casting and Mind Control him, walk him around so he stays in range until your Psychic Scream has cooled down. Once it's cooled down start Mindflaying him so that he doesn't run away and throw him a new DoT, if he runs away consider it a victory becuase he has Sprint and Vanish so it's really of no use. If he charges at you he's dead before he reaches melee range. But worse than that is the UD rogues which have Will of The Forsaken, making them immune to your Psychic Scream for 20 seconds. Easy way nobody thinks about when this happens is going the usual road with Psychic Scream and that, if he already was immune then Dispel and Mind Control him, walk away until your timer on Psychic Scream is back. If he didn't use it until after he had run away a bit then shoot him with Mindflay first to get in some extra damage and then Focused Casting/Shield+Mind Control.

Shamans: These are harder, pray that you run into a bad one. Use Shield+Renew+Flash Heal alot and have an extra mana potion ready. Your damage source will be DoT and Mana Burn since they have smaller mana bars than natural born casters such as yourself. Use Silence before he gets to cast anything. If he melees you then use Psychic Scream(If he doesn't charge him and unleash it instead, but count on him charging when he can't cast) Once he is out of mana he is no threat, if he uses a Mana Potion when Psychic Scream is over(He should be without mana now) use your Mind Control and walk him away for a bit until your Psychic Scream and Silence cooldowns are recovered. Then run him back to you, use your Psychic Scream when jumping out of Mind Control, nuke away, soon as the fear effect wears off use Silence on him, enter Focused Casting and continue with your DoT and Mana Burns.

Warlocks: Watch out for their chain-Fear. You need to get the jump on these. and since their Fear is 1.5 cast you can. DoT him while throwing Shield+Renew on you and then charge to use Psychic Scream. Hopefully you will get if off and scare off both him and his pet. If that happens you can just outnuke him directly. Still, you should take care of the pet first when the Fear starts. When it ends use Silence on him and nuke the rest, he should be dead right about now but if not use Mind Control and walk him around until you can use Psychic Scream again and then just fear him when Mind Control jumps out and he is ready for the last hits. He can slow your casting but Dispel/Shield/Power Word: Pain/Psychic Scream/Mindflay are all instants and thus he can't really touch you. You will outlast him nontheless, even if he gets the jump on you his main damage source is DoT's and you can just slam a self-cast Cure Disease and they went poff.

Warriors: Kite like you did with the Paladin, they can't do much since the nerf so don't even sweat it.

Worst enemies: Undead rogues and chain-fearing warlock's with experience.
