You don't have to have a revered status, although if you mess up, you will get your **** kicked by the bruisers.

Go to the bank building.
* To the left of the door, there is a barrel. Hop onto it (or else backstep your way up it since you can step onto it instead)
* Move forward so you are standing a level higher on the arc of the door.
* Jump to the left onto the tarp
* Get to a high point of the tarp
* To the left there is a "Thorn" sticking out of the wall. You can easily jump up onto the roof of the building if you aim for the slight right of it.
* Once up there, go to the right side of the building (opp end) where there is a pole/rail sticking out of the building.
* As an undead and another character as a troll were able to run and jump up onto the very top of the building.
(I had to personally run at an angle at the pole side and pressed jump repeatedly. I jumped three really quick times to get to the top.)

Now wait for the patrols to pass by, and attack any opposing faction in the area at will. Enjoy
(Be careful, if a bruiser does get at you, you'll be shot at which forces you to jump and fall off the building.)
