This obviously makes no sense. You cannot forward ports to an exe file. You can only forward ports to an ip address. Please be more specific in your explination, but I HIGHLY doubt this has any truth to it.

1. Yes you can log onto different accounts by just starting wow.exe twice (none of this copying and fresh installing ****) This does not work if you log on the same account. you will be disconnected from the first logon.

2. He talks about forwarding ports and he says to make up any random port to forward to another port?? How could forwarding a random port have any relation to something specific such as the blizz servers? and even if it did, again, you cannot forward ports to anything but ip adresses. Applications listen on the ports that they are programmed to.

Are you trying to say to forward every incoming port to a random port because then blizz wouldn't be able to access the game? If so you're wrong for two reasons:

A. Incoming ports don't mean anything if a program has made the initial outbound connection (which wow.exe did when you typed in your username and password)

B. Even if that did block all incoming connections you'd be screwed from every repsonse in wow about player locations to web browsing.

Please explain this technique again more detailed.

The point here is to log in using the same account so that you have actively two characters logged in from the same account.
If that doesn't work this whole thread is meaningless since it's possible to log in with two differents accounts on the same machine using the same install of WoW without anyproblems what so ever..

to run 2 a/cs on the same pc

1)you only one install of WoW
2) you ofc need two A/c's


open wow, log in with a/c #1 - go to video options - tick "run in wondowed mode" - and resize the window to about half the size of ur monitor.

open wow again, log in with a/c #2 - go to video options - tick "run in wondowed mode" - and resize the window to about half the size of ur monitor.

simple

there is literally nothing else to it, running both in windowed mode helps a great deal... i dont have an uber uber pc, and manage just fine

I know that i can run two accounts on one PC well if this is a possibility to run two charakters of one account at the same time I want to know how ^^ but pls in German :|
