if your a shaman and when you go into ghostwolf, your wf* can't proc anymore...
well I found out if you eat a savory deviate delight and transform into a pirate or into a ninja, that you can turn into ghostwolf and still have windfury proc. This allowing you to move at 30% speed, with windfury. useful for AV i'd assume.
Havn't tested this with noggenfogger.
