I don't know, I didn't even know Vitalic was still a thing to be honest, I guess he's been hidden in some cave somewhere in the middle of a desert. But historically Vitalic has been the best Rogue for PVP, so I would assume Vitalic would be better since he really specialized in that specific class for many years, same with WindWalker.
The best thing would be to test both of them out and see for yourself which suits your gameplay style. Both are highly competent developers.

pretty sure its now the 1-button rotation built into WoW. PvE doesnt require any specialty. save your account and money and just spam the button

GGL Clientless is good with Makulu Rotations for both PVP/PVE. I was out healing my higher ilvl boosters in raid with it.
Or Rice Rotations (only if using the 2pc version)
Both work well.

Do you know if Rice will work with Win11 and macOS as 2nd PC?

I'm not sure, I've never personally tried that configuration. Best to ask them directly.

Why you don´t have Project Sylvanas in your list?
Edit: just saw your explanation on the page earlier, sorry.

Yeah, in case others want to find it's here
https://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/wow-bots/5226096-unofficial-world-warcraft-unlockers-bot-reviews-29.html#post40338213
I mean, if you're into parsing low 80s or, at best, low 90s in fights, that you should be doing 99s and 100s; then go for it, but the fact that it's internal and struggles to get 90s is sad.
I got 99's and 100's in the newest raids with GGL Metaengine combined Makulu rotations, and they're not even internal. So the fact that they're internal and can hardly get solid 90's on their classes says enough on its own. Let alone, GGL Meta engine with PVP is crazy work too; they have solid 3rd party developers who actually play the game, not some random casuals generating AI rotations and porting over hekili logic or just 1:1 Simc ports.
AND to put icing on the cake, GGL Meta Engine requires no client to run on your PC. And I'm not trying to gloss over GGL, because in the past I have had plenty to say about them that wasn't so positive, but they really have changed gears and improved over the last couple of years.
The same applies to Project Sylvanas; if circumstances change, they can redeem themselves through change. However, as I see it now, it's just not a superior product compared to other options.

Thanks for the info. I actually tested GGLoader in the past as well, but that was back in the Shadowlands era and I wasn’t satisfied with it. Back then, I switched to HyperElk and achieved a 2600 rating in PvP and Mythic Raid 99 logs—it was amazing! Unfortunately, I then got banned and stopped playing WoW until about a week ago. I think I’ll take another look at GGLoader.

Yeah, Elk was some good times for sure, and I will agree I wasn't a big fan of GGL back then. Anyone who's been around the scene long enough or has logged enough time on these forums knows that they used to call me a GGL hater and an Elk shill, bla bla bla, because I used to praise how good Elk was during that era for the amount of money you had to dish out. However, as I have shown many over the years, my opinion can change based on what I feel is good or bad.
You should definitely have a look into GGL's MetaEngine, they do have a lot of different 3rd party developer options nowadays in comparison to previously.
Also, if you want to check something else out, you can always check out rice rotations; however, I suggest you only do that if you have 2 PC's. (It's even rumored rice is elk devs . )

Can I ask, why do you need 2 PCs for RR?

World Of Warcraft Pixel Bot Reviews
I have seen plenty of users come and ask what the best pixel bots are for World of Warcraft and I must say there are multiple WOW Combat Pixel bots that are worth talking about. I thought I would help users make a more informed decision on what would be right for them without any bias and just opinion. I would like to mention all the pixel bots I have first-hand experience with and will do my best to detail the weaknesses and strengths of each.
