GGL is a decent platform, but it's showing its age in comparison to newer pixel bots. For the price you're going to pay I cannot recommend paying for GGL over other alternatives in my personal opinion. Elk is probably the best solution at the moment out of all Pixel bots due to the simple fact it covers all classes out of the box at no extra cost unless you want PVP-related rotations.
Also, about the project being half abandoned, this is almost correct, there is very little activity from the core developer at all when it comes to updating the core of GGL. There was one point when they use to make all the rotations themselves, now you're basically just paying for a loader and that's it, and even that is very dated.
But, if you're making your own scripts and don't mind manually setting up keybinds, amongst other things, then maybe you will like GGL, I personally use them for healing profiles over other pixel bots as I find it works better, but the keybind set up was terrible.
If GGL would update their program to get more with the times, hire their own in-house rotations developer and be more user-friendly in terms of setup I would recommend them, but as it stands now, I recommend Elk over them for new users.
