Grayed out monsters to your level chart

I was looking up some info about powerleveling with a mage and I stumbled on a chart that has each level and what lvls below it are green, yellow and gray. I can not find this chart any longer if anyone has it please post it thanks.

That's a neat addon, but no.

This was a chart.

Said that lvl 10 all characters lvl 1-5 are grayed, 6-7 are green, 8-12 are gold, 13-16 red, and 17+ Skulls
