Ok I need a bit of help here.. could you please tell me about how the web based shop could be made to interact with the WoW server... with other words how when user select something on the web based shop he receives it automatically in game. Can you please tell me how I can set this up or a way in which can be done

They both simply access the same (ingame) database. No big deal.

You need to ask lua /api programmer, you can google it by addons authors or researches.
