First of all, before anyone starts saying "use the search option" - I already did, didnt found what I was looking for (only how to use Filters, not how to make)
now down to the issue at hand, I've been playing around with WPE on my mangos server and I've sniffed alot of various action that might contain a bug to exploit - however I dont know how to get the data from the sniffer to the filter, for example: I found this receive packet:

now the bold hex is regarding the action I want to exploit - how do I move it to a filter (to which offset)
also, if I edit only receive packet - does it mean the change takes place only client side? if yes, how the hell am I suppose to decipher the sent packet if they are just tiny packets with seemingly random numbers and no apparent connection to the items in question. is there any guide regarding understand sent packets?
