i was banned some days ago and now i got a final warning , what happen if i transfer my char to a new account.. then i can bot again without a perm ban if i get caught next time or?

there is a easy way to avoid a map-reload with too much canons on the ship. all you need is two different browsers. (e.g. firefox & chrome)
1. start first browser
2. login ship and go on map
3. stay on map and log out the ship on mainpage
4. start second browser
5. make canonbug
6. play

also mein kumpel sein account wurde gebannt wegen gold scamming im ah. Er wurde das 1 mal gebannt und da ist man eig nur 3 tage gebannt. Nun ist meine frage, wie kann ich versuchen das Blizzard den account entbannt ?
