perm ip chat bann

i was drunk and got outta hand in global chat. I got a perm ip chat ban. Does anyone know how to fix this. I wrote support and they said nothing can be done it is perm.

restart your modem, if you dont have static IP it fixes...

that wont help. you get the same ip from most ISP.
If you want to change your IP and be anonymous on the internet the best way is to use a VPN. I myself use hotspot shield.

LOL it is ban on your account, not on your IP. Write on forum that you are really sorry and etc. maybe moderators will take of ban.

best way to do this, is to go to hidemyass.com then go onto seafight through this page, and your IP address will be different x

or u create a second account and use this for chat.

no it's actual ip ban all my accounts banned from chat perm. I did go to forum and i was told there that it was a perm ip ban and could not be lifted. Thank you

well, at germany we get every 24h a new ip. so it would be a bad idea to bann the ip or ip-range, 'cause next day i will be back and maybe another player is banned

But some people have static IPs that don't change or am i wrong?

mit dir kann ich ja deutsch schreiben *g* ... ähm, ja es soll solche geben. bei einer ganz stink-normalen internet-flat hast du den 24h disconnect und bekommst somit auch eine neue ip-adresse von deinem provider zugewiesen. die statische ip-adresse ist kein standard und kostet extra. für sowas gibts dyndns, da routest du deine wechselnde ip auf eine feste internet-adresse und hast somit immer die selbe erreichbarkeit und dieser service ist kostenlos.

bei internet über kabel könntest ne feste haben. bin mir aber nicht sicher. die ganzen telekom-otto-normal-verbraucher, arcor, 1&1 und wie sie alle heissen mögen haben jedenfalls in der regel eine wechselnde.
