Dann würde ich dir mal ans Herz legen. Der SVN dort ist kostenlos, jedoch öffentlich einzusehen.

Zum hochladen kannst du dann TortoiseSVN verwenden.

Für eine automatische Synchronisation eignet sich ein SVN jedoch nicht.
