Yeah, leveling or buying some gold both ok for me, I just want to upgrade it.

Gold is not the most important.
Make PvP or 5er instances to get blue items and then raid 10er naxxramas

How long it will take? I only have 12 hours a week to play it, untill now the only idea I thought is to buy gold

you have Only ~2 hours to play WoW at a Day? Mmmh...with this little time i think you have no big chance to geht nice epics from Naxx rdm groups, because a raid is 3-4h.
Make Battleground PvP and get the Blue Items.

And what do you want with many Gold? Buying Blue / purple items from the auctionshouse? This is all ****....

Yeah, I am very busy for my work ,so the only thought I have is to buy gold to get advanced equipment and otherthings I really want.

I can only repeat me...
If you buying Gold (10.000g) you can buy 2-3 epics from the Auctionshouse,but you will never see a instance inside

i just play 2 Houres per day (absolute Max) =14 houres a week and i think i can say my equipt is good enough (fully T7)

You know sometimes people are not satisfied with what they already have, just want more and better things, pursuit of perfection,so....
