[Buying] Dedicated server / VPS running LoL

Hello guys,

I'm planning on running 5 VMs on the server, each running League of Legends at least at 15-20fps. I kind of new to this enviroment so I don't know the specifications needed. What do you recommend me?

Can anyone explain the main difference bt Vps and dedicated server?
