warrock error. Need help plz

Hello. when i log into warrock until about 30sec i get a message that punkbuster failed handshaking so like wtf.

tried reinstall i mailed punkbuster but no results can someone help me..

ok i had the same problem, so this is what you do.
you just press this link:

and download the updater, and install and thats it.
