[Korean Warrock] HELP! .. error

Hi , i logged into my korean warrock account today and tried playing the game .. but this is what it shows (image is attached) and when i click the button nothing happens... i play fine with my other account... can anyone help please? thanks

not banned, i thing you must start it with Nexon Plug.

I was starting it with nexon plug.. that's all i use... i never start it from the website.. but its okay .. it works now i think it was probably because the servers were too busy .. or i had a 24 hour suspension? :s
