Packet sender + Private Big head

Does anybody have the latest packet sender to make 24/32 player rooms in CQC, and snowball fights in CQC etc, Deathmatch on maps like Marien, Khali etc...

TRSoloturk + whole of crossbench clan use a bug in game which allows them to see other players with big-heads in non big head rooms. Anybody knows how to do this?
