They added a file check button years ago to validate all your game files, this repairs all the broken files inside your client but it's generally faster to re-install the game tough..

If you're doing an Private Server you should know how to fix this. Just disable the CRC Check.

You can find the address from the CRC Routine by searching for the string initializing crc checker twice. Just return the call and everything will be fine.
