Error with my server client vsro

Hello everyone I have a problem with my home server of silkroad vsro well and the server files but when I try to enter with the client I get this error edxloader.

Server is offline (thats what the error says).

Check that the port and the IP is right, the firewall of the server doesnt block incoming connections to the gateway, and so.
