WarRock.exe and DSETUP.dll setup, I need help

Hey there first of all sorry if this is not the right section but it's always pretty tough to find the correct one.
So as the title says, I'm having problems with the setup of WarRock.exe and DSETUP.dll , I can't find where I should change the IP, in my case 127.0.0.1 as it's just for personal testings.

P.S.: if it can help I tried to download a WarRock.exe from a tutorial but it gives me a CRC error... thanks a lot in advance for any hint
