As xxfabbelxx said, you need to know the basic of this.
WarRock private servers are just in its early stages, it will change over time.
I started with a server 2 years ago. And I recently finished one with help from others..
Its not easy, but they are comming slowly.. Its the same as Runescape private server they started with one source and from that one they expanded and changed. Another sample is Habbo, one source got released an it spreaded rapidly.
